Aurora Finance (operated by Nikos Takopoulos, the "seller") wants you to be confident in your purchase of Aurora Pro. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how the process works.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Aurora Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal date. This applies to both monthly and yearly Aurora Pro subscriptions.
How to request a refund
All Aurora Pro payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles refunds on our behalf. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the Aurora Pro transaction and choose "Request a refund".
- Or email us at support@aurorafinanceai.com with your order email and we'll open the refund with Paddle for you.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Eligibility
- Requests made within 30 days of the charge are eligible for a full refund.
- After 30 days you can still cancel Aurora Pro at any time from the billing portal to stop future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of the paid period.
- We may decline refund requests where we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but is separate from a refund. You can cancel from the "Manage subscription" button on the Aurora Pro page, which opens Paddle's hosted billing portal.
