Aurora Finance AI is an educational platform. Content on the site, including analysis, calculators, market data, and messages from Auri, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Aurora Finance AI. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the platform to publish unlawful, harmful, or misleading financial content to others.
• Do not misrepresent Auri's output as personalized professional advice.
• Do not use the service for fraud, spam, IP infringement, or to probe, scan, or test security.

Aurora Pro is a paid subscription available on monthly or yearly billing cycles at the prices displayed on the /pro page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle collects payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, issues invoices, and processes refunds and chargebacks. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid tiers, with no usage exceptions, processed via Paddle).

Market data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed. We make no guarantee as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it should not be relied upon for real-time trading decisions.

The Aurora Finance AI name, logo, lessons, and code are the intellectual property of Nikos Takopoulos. You may quote short excerpts of our lessons with attribution and a link back. All other use requires written permission.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free from errors. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Finance AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for any investment decisions made based on content on the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation would be unlawful.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
